As of today, two Zuperzozial X Mies to Go bamboo children's tableware sets are available in stores. In 2 years, Michelle de Boer, founder of Mies to Go, has built up a large fan base with her beautifully painted products. Time to tackle it on a bigger scale by developing a unique collection together with an established name like Zuperzozial. A beautiful combination of painted illustrations on sustainable material with an honest story. A children's tableware set with an elephant and giraffe on a plate, cup and bowl, which every toddler and preschooler will enjoy eating from.
Michelle de Boer; “I had been dreaming for a while to make a bamboo children's tableware with my own Mies to Go designs. Offering a sustainable alternative to plastic is super important to me. Because Zuperzozial specializes in this, I asked them if they wanted to collaborate with me. Remco (co-owner of Zuperzozial) responded so enthusiastically that we started right away. Together we chose the jungle animal theme, because that is a global trend and Zuperzozial is sold in 60 countries. I was given complete freedom in the design, so that I could stay close to my own style. I am very proud of this new collection and very curious about the first reactions.”

The most original gift can be bought at Mies to Go. Since 2017, Michelle has been making unique hand-painted designs for kids and more and more beautiful products are being added all the time. After being an art director for 15 years, she started painting and soon started a webshop with personalized plates, cups and posters. Later, growth meters, backpacks, cards and wall stickers were added. She is happiest of all from the idea that sweet mothers and children everywhere are happy with her self-painted animals.
